Email Notifications

Is there a way to get email notifications sent to certain users but only for a particular project? For instance, I only want my Service Desk users to get notified by email for issues that are created in the Service Desk project, not any other projects

Hello, 

In service desk there are two types of notifications: for customers and agents. You define customers per project that is why only defined for the project customers will receive notifications. For agents you define notification schemes. In the notification scheme you define which users will receive notification on a per project basis. Actually you always define notifications per project.
