Email Channel is not creating tickets

Hello,

I have noticed over the last week that our customers have sent emails to our GMail support inbox, and the emails have all been marked as read by JSD, but that no tickets have been generated. There are 10+ tickets from various participants.

I have also noticed that when I go to the Application Settings > JSD > Email Requests, I get these errors:

Trying to run a test or view the log provides no insight into what may be awry.

EDIT: We are running Jira 8.0.0 and JSD 4.0.0

Hello there,

This was a bug in JSD 4.0.0, and has been fixed in 4.0.1:

Please be aware this bug affects the UI only and thus should not be causing the issue with your tickets not being created.

I would recommend having a look at your Jira Service Desk Incoming Mail audit logs for more details.
