Hallo guys,
our jira Service desk Instance is hosted local and its on latest Version.
since 2 Months pur customers get 4-5 Mails for opening a request or when Ticket Status changing
The Mails were send in a duration of 4 Minutes.
eg:
12:00 - thanks die opening Ticket id SD-99
12:01 - thanks die opening Ticket id SD-99
12:02 - thanks die opening Ticket id SD-99
12:03 - thanks die opening Ticket id SD-99
can someone explain ne this Problem?
is there a German Community for Jira ServiceDesk?
