My organization is in need of supporting cascaded dropdown list, where the drop down list selection and values change dynamically based on the previous section made in the drop down hierarchy.
Is this possible to be implemented for Service Desk forms?
Sure. Lets say I have a dropdown list 1(bulleted) and drop down list 2(numbered)
Here when attendance is selected as drop down list 1 the user would see CRC, Teacher, Super Admin etc as their following drop down list 2
Where as if Reading Logs was selected as drop down lis 1 the user would see Set Up, Goals, Achievements etc as drop down list 2
Does this add clarity?
