We would like to require all employees to use SSO for cloud based Jira service desk. However, we do not want to require it for our customers. Is this possible

When we use SSO on a Cloud site, it will affect internal users with Atlassian account and the way they log in on xxxxx.atlassian.net.
Customers usually don't have an Atlassian account and they log in using a different login page (xxxxx.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portals) where the SSO won't work.
But, if a customer has an Atlassian account and it's listed under managed accounts, they will log in using SSO, otherwise, when they go to the portal, they will log in using their email and password only.
