Display Additional Columns

I want to be able to display a field in the customer portal.  I can only see the following columns:

Type ; Reference ; Summary ; Service Desk ; Status ; Requester

I don't need to see Service Desk column but instead display Closure Comments field (custom field)

Is it possible?  Not sure why so many restrictions.

Any help or guidance is appreciated.

This widget could not be displayed.
Hello,
In order to use a custom field on the portal the custom field must be supported by Jira Service desk portal. The list of supported fields is much wider than you enumerated. You can read about supported fields here:

Also when you create a customer request you should specify which fields will be shown on the customer portal for this request type. Kindly read the article on how to do it:
