Cloud hosted JIRA with ServiceDesk enabled.
How do i disable welcome email to customer when the account is created? Below (Snapshot) is the settings enabled.
Or
Can i customize the welcome email when customer account is created?

This is currently not possible with JIRA Service Desk but we do have an open suggestion on our issue tracker:
