I have a certain customer (automated services using email account) that sometimes generates hundreds of requests daily and uses all my free plan notifications for that day. Is it possible to disable all notifications for that customer?

Jira Cloud Free was recently released and it was created for small teams, that’s why there is a limit for notifications.
Currently, there is no option to disable notification for specific customers, admins can’t manage this setting on customer profiles.
In this case, you can upgrade your plan to the standard that is USD 10 for 3 agents.
If you want to keep using free license, then you can disable some notifications (Project settings > Customer notifications), which will be applied to all customers in the project, but you can disable some that you believe it’s not relevant for them.
