Disable SLA rendering - up to 3.6.x version Edited

JIRA Service Desk 3.6.x introduces a change to the SLA format. The same SLA is displayed eg 1 in 6h. Does anyone know how to disable SLA rendering and display under SLA conditions in hours?

Hello Dominik,


The SLA rendering improvement can be reverted by disabling a dark feature. However, since a dark feature is to allow in-development features to be rolled out to production in a low-risk fashion, please be informed that the ability to disable a dark feature might not work in any future Jira Service Desk version.

  1. Navigate to <Jira base url>/secure/SiteDarkFeatures!default.jspa.
  2. Look for sd.sla.improved.rendering.enabled.
  3. Disable it.
