Designing the customer portal

Hi,

I have two questions about designing the customer portal.

#1 How can I change the design of our customer portal to get the look of choosing request types in a dropdown field like in this article?

#2 Can I also get a dropdown list to choose a project (for example project 1 for support questions, project 2 for permission topics, project 3... )?

Hello Maik,

Can you confirm if you're on Jira Service Desk Cloud or Server? You mention the Cloud documentation but your question is tagged as Server so I am a bit confused.

If you're using Server, you'll want to use this instead:

These products are developed separately, so it's not a feature that JSD Server has currently.

However, you're welcome to raise the request at jira.atlassian.com if it's something you'd like to see in the future.
