Deleting email history, quotes and trails in reply messages

When customer is using emails to create ticket and to communicate on it every response will got to JIRA SD with the history of the whole conversation.

Is there any way to receive only the customer replies that will go to issue comments without quoting the whole message?

This widget could not be displayed.

This is interesting as in Service Desk Strip Quote is already enabled and we can't disable it(AS there is no option for it) Which is totally opposite of Core JIRA which you can disable strip quotes.

Can you please confirm which version of service desk you are using? and try to replicate the issue by using other email like Gmail?
