Customizing "Forgot password" text in JIRA Service Desk

Hi,

Is it possible to change the "Forgot password" to "Unable to login?"

Or similarly, the "This instance does not support password reset. Please contact the system administrator." is changed to something like "If you're unable to login, please click on this link or send email to helpdesk@ouroffice.com"

I've tried to modify this jar /jira/atlassian-jira/WEB-INF/application-installation/jira-servicedesk-application/jira-servicedesk-3.4.2-REL-0020.jar by modifying the file i18n/sd-i18n.properties and then repack it and restart JIRA. Still no luck..

Any idea?
