Customize your 'Raise a Request' screen fields

I want to configure my 'Summarize the Problem' field to have the customers select main issues from a drop down list on this field, and according to the issue selected, provide a default urgency level on the 'How urgent is this?' field.
In a way, I want to have this two fields in-sync with each-other, with the first dictating the second.

Is this doable?

Hi Virginia,

 

It is unfortunately not a standard functionality:

But it is possible to achieve that via an add-on: https://scriptrunner.adaptavist.com/latest/jira/recipes/behaviours/setting-default-fields.html#_setting_cascading_select_values
