I want to configure my 'Summarize the Problem' field to have the customers select main issues from a drop down list on this field, and according to the issue selected, provide a default urgency level on the 'How urgent is this?' field.
In a way, I want to have this two fields in-sync with each-other, with the first dictating the second.
Is this doable?
It is unfortunately not a standard functionality:
