When my customer log in JIRA Service Desk, he is redirected on page servicedesk/customer/portals. Is it possible to modify this page add links to my website or to my confluence?
If not, is there a way to modify the redirection after the login, so my customers will be redirected on my Confluence main page after login?
Hi Joseph, Thanks for your response. In fact I would prefere that my user were redirected on Confluence because on Confluence, I'm free to create a page with some news, information, and a link to my service Desk portal, and also, I prefer that my users see that some documentation exist before opening a ticket.
