we just completed setting up Jira-Service-Desk, but we would like to customize our client portal just a little bit more. We have two buttons where our coworkers can create different tasks and issues, but we would like them to have a button as well where they can check the status of their task/issue.
I know that you can access this screen on the top right corner.
But is it possible for me to change the user interface like this?
Or do I need the "Ultimate Theming for Jira Service Desk Addon"?
Not sure what the Ultimate Theming addon will provide but you cannot do this natively. You may wish to check the JSDCLOUD/JSDSERVER issues for existing suggestion and vote for this. I too believe the ability for customers to check on the status of issues could use a facelift w/in JSD.
