Hello - we had discovered that there were customers added to an Organization, which shouldn't have been there. We typically add customers to an organization via the "Add customers" button.
I wanted to see if anyone had run into similar issues where customers unexpectedly appeared in an organization...and what the cause may have been. I don't see anything regarding this in community articles or in the JIRA issue dashboard. Thank you.
