I'm new to Jira.
I've got customer satisfaction enabled, but when tickets are resolved I can't see "satisfaction" option within the email.
Is there some notification I'm missing, or is it some sort of template needs to be used?

What should occur is that when an issue is resolved a separate email is sent to the customer (reporter). They can choose to respond or not. You should see your satisfaction results under project > reports > satisfaction.
