Customer portal doesn't work.
It shows some errors.

You will need to read the application log for the full error.

It will contain the error you've seen on screen here, so if you open the log in an editor and search for the first line ("the end instant must be greater"...) that should take you to where you need to start reading - look at the block immediately before in case there's an error before causing it, and all of the error below that line as there's likely to be a "caused by" shortly afterwards.

Um, no, please read the log file under <jira home>/logs/atlassian-jira.log , not the stuff on screen - the 30ish lines on screen are just a small chunk of the log, and we need to be looking at the 200ish lines before and after that chunk. 

Most likely we need to see the next set of lines that are indented at the same level as the "java.lang.illegalargumentexception..." on the line above the purple block you've drawn.
