Customer portal issue filtering

Hello, 

How can I filter issues in Service Desk Customer Portal bu custom statuses? Standard filter by statuses (open and resolved issues) is not enough.

Looks like there's been a suggestion made for this request.

Unfortunately I don't think there's any workarounds on this one.
