Customer portal access without signing up for an account? how with service desk server 3.10?

Hello Atlassian,

I read the blog with new features. 

Saw the login free customer portal blog. When i click on them i get a error page not found.

Can you help me how to configere the services desk for server?

It's not yet available for Jira Service Desk Server, but you can vote for it as a feature here:
