Customer must be jira's user?

We have a 10 JIRA's user and we need a Service Desk to 80 customer with 3 agents. In addition to 3-agents JIRA Service Desk licence, we must buy a 100-user JIRA licence or a 10-user JIRA licence?

In this case for your customer you don't need any license. They don't need JIRA User.

 

For the Agent User you need JIRA License + Service Desk Agent License.

No need to buy license for SD customer's.

Service desk is Agent base ass mentioned here Service Desk Licensing

As far as I understand the SD licensing you need JIRA license for every customer and SD Agents for the 3 agents only. So: 100 users JIRA + 3 SD agents
