Okay, so I have my Request Type field enable, it should be visible but it is not. I've got a few screenshots that show how the field is enable and then, in the last one it's a short gif of the field showing and hidding without any field appearing. It's a bit weird as it's the only field i'm having issues with.

The Customer request type is ONLY for the portal and does not show on the JIRA Create screen. It will be on the view and you can edit it once it's been created via the portal.
