Customer Reports

Hey there, 

we are thinking about using Jira Help Desk with a limited amound of defined customers. 

Is it possible to create Reports to see which customer sends how much tickets in a specific period? For example to see: customer George N. wrote 5 tickets in the last 3 weeks, all tickets are resolved?

Hello Lisa,

 

Since customer is the reporter, thus you can create the chart from the JQL and use an pie-chart which will give you the information whcih you want.

Indeed. there are several types of built in charts that you can use to convey the story you want, e.g. created vs. resolved by customer, two-dimensional table that shows customer down the left and say status across the top with numbers in each column, pie charts, etc.
