I need a way to track a customer calling me, and I need to be able to quickly log what company is calling, with a drop down of authorized contacts. Then I fill in my customer's issue. It seems like this is a JIRA Service Desk no brainer...but Im not having much luck. Any help?
I would suggest you to use :
You only need to add your "authorized contacts" as User properties those properties will start to show up on the issue in "Report Details" section.
