Our service desk relies heavily on Customer Email Notifications. Can we somehow change what address this is sent from?
Today it says for example "firstname.lastname@example.org <email@example.com> on behalf of Simon Carlstedt"
Can we replace firstname.lastname@example.org with either a different name or preferbably our own domain address? We are using Jira Service Desk Cloud.
I never tried it but it should be possible.
