Custom field question

Is there a way to create a field that the agent can fill in after a request is created, that the customer is able to see but not able to change?

Hi Matthew,

This is a much voted feature: JSDSERVER-1107.  The Add-on Extension for Service Desk will allow you to add a field for viewing only.
