Creating reports base on date range

How do I create a reoprt that shows all the tickets opened between two dates that I can enter?

Hi Michael,

JIRA gadgets and JIRA Service Desk reports are quite basic. You can create filters and add those to gadgets as Daniel says, but you will need to change the filter itself every time you want to see the report for a different period as these reports don't have start-time/end-time parameters (basically no run-time parameters at all).

For much more flexible reports, have a look at eazyBI addon:

Wth this addon, you can create a report you mentioned with a few clicks.

Hi Michael,

 

You can create a filter similar to this:

project = SD AND created >= 2017-08-05 AND created <= 2017-08-08

 

Then on a Dashboard, use a gadget (e.g. two dimensional filter statistics) to display the results.
