Looking for a way to create customer profiles for our Support customers. This would include items such as: Customer contracted level of Support; Customer support contract expiration date; customer address; description field for notes on customer, etc
I can see two solutions
1. You can create a project with an issue type called user profile. Add necessary custom fields and connect these custom fields with the issue Type. Then you will have a user profile database in this project.
2.You can use user properties. You can read here how to add user properties.
If you want to show user profile database in a custom field of an issue you can use any plugin which can get data from database or REST API. For example plugin nFeed.
