i have the request to create report to compare resolution on differents years.
To explain, I want to have a report of issues which resolve during the year 2017 and issues resolve during 2018. The problem is that we can only see the last year and not before.
Somebody find a way to do that ?
Currently, it's not possible to pull information further than a year for reports.
We do have a feature request suggesting the implementation of such ability:
