Recently got Jira Service Desk as we wanted to move some operations over from Jira Software to Jira Service Desk.
Is there a simple way to export and import the settings(eg. fields, screens, workflow, priorities, etc) I used from Jira software to my new Jira Service Desk?
They are both ran from the same server.

This process can be done quite easily by using a plugin such as :
In both cases, you can export the projects you wish to move. The export can include : issues, custom fields, workflows, issue type schemes...
Then you simply import the file you exported to your service desk, and all the items will be created!
