Configure the welcome email to the Service desk

Hello,

How can we edit / configure the welcome mail to a new customer?

We can configure other events by templates, such as Request created, Public comment added ... etc ... but we do not see how to configure the welcome mail.

Hi Jose,

It's currently not possible, but it is a well voted request with Atlassian:  JSDSERVER-1708

Still waiting on this feature as well! 

Some of our users are getting confused with the Jira welcome email and are creating more support requests to clear up the confusion.
