Comments sent to customers via emails

Can you send all comments for an issue to a customer via email versus just the most recent comment?

Unfortunately not. I posted a similar question on this recently as I had a requirement come up for this. As a result of this limitation I could not move my CS group off of their current solution just yet. There are a number of threads on this in the Community and believe there are open request for this as well.
