Hi,
After the update to the Cloud ServiceDesk this weekend, we are not able to find the option to link on-premise Jira tickets to the new Cloud ServiceDesk environment. If I go to the old look, then it works fine.
This is what we would do in the old environment -
Go to the 3 dots in the top right corner and select link, and we would get the screen below to link the tickets
In the new environment I am not sure where we can do this ?
We have these two buttons -
But none of them has the option to select a server.
If I go to "See the old view" then I can link to our on-premise tickets
