We have disabled closed notifications and ticket update notifications from being emailed out, but have an automation that still auto closes tickets after 3 days. The email notice for closed tickets is still being sent out despite this. When I run the notification helper, it tells me that it cannot send to recipients as it is disabled, so I'm not sure what else I can do here.

Your project is a jira service desk? Can you look at "customer notification" i think the email is activated here.

Thank you, That lead me to finding this "Customer-visible status changed" there and disabling it. I will find out soon if that stops it.
