Checking some options in the system

hello

 

is there option to enter organization and consumers with complete details like telephone , mobile , email , address?

  we want to have a list of all costumers with all the details.

As Marco stated with Atlas CRM you can add companies and contacts to your Jira Service Desk tickets. It is also possible to have a complete list of all customers. https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1213313/atlas-crm-customers-and-sales-in-jira?

Hello,

In JSD there is no functionality to add details to customers. you can realize this through the use of an app. For example with https://www.atlascrm.io/features/jira-service-desk-integration/ or to use https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1212137/insight-asset-management, but then you must develop some links.
