Can you help me understand how Change Management and Problem Management work with Jira Service Desk?
We are considering moving to JIRA Service Desk to management our request.

this is kinda big request and very vage.. there are too many kinds of change or problem management and solving them in JIRA (SD).
Think the simplest way would be a request for some local atlassian partner - should definitely be the fastest option.
