Since service desk 3.0, when an agent comments on an issue it auto populates the comment field with:
Hi (Full name of reporter), – (Full name of agent)
Can this auto populate text be changed or removed?
You can remove this text by going to your profile and looking under "Service Desk Preferences" and turning off "Pre-populated commenting".
The answer above mentions nothing about CHANGING the text that is used... Is that possible?
