Can you allocate confluence space to JSD with different permissions for customers and employees? We do not want all the articles to be visible for customers but only the ones that should be used for customers self service in portal. Is it possible to have different permissions for visibility of customer self service articles and internal knowledge base articles? How we can achieve this?
Yes you can do that, I would suggest you create two pages within the space. One named public kb and the other one internal kb. On the second one you must restrict the page to the agents group and then you start adding content to one or another page depending if is meant to be seen by the customer or not.
