Suppose I wanted anyone in an organisation (Domain) to email the Service Desk as a customer, am I able to add a wildcard email address?
For example *@domain.com for anyone emailing from domain.com?
At the moment, it does not appear that this is possible to do with Jira Service Desk. But there is a feature request to add this that is being tracked in https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDSERVER-4417 for Server and https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-4417 for Cloud.
I would recommend watching those issues for updates. Should this feature be added to Service Desk, those ticket would likely be updated first to indicate which version this would be released on.
