Can we map custom made screen with customer portal ?? If yes then how to do it.
If not then what is the alternative way of doing it ??? Please revert soon.

Not sure what you mean by custom made screen? Do you mean the portal or the forms? There is new branding on its way for JSD Cloud (server to follow).
Can you provide more details, screenshots?

My question is simple. for raising a request we have customer portal option for all end users (i.e. They do not have to login to JIRA service desk) but currently we have mature custom made screen for ticket raising can we map the same with Customer portal which end user need to fill while raising ticket. If it is not feasible on Server version then can it be possible for Cloud version ??

Hi,
The custom screens on Service Desk can be customized by Issue type and then further by customer request type. So you should be okay.
