Can we have ability to view aging for all tickets at various Statues ?
Ex: How many hours/days ticket was with person A with Status InProgress/Open/WaitForCustomer etc.

That specific data is not always easy to see with Jira natively. However there are a number of 3rd party plugins to Jira that can help with this kind of customized reporting.
I think that the eazyBI Reports and Charts for Jira is probably one of the more populate plugins for reporting in Jira. However I would suspect that there are lots of other plugins for Jira and Service Desk could potentially generate this information for you. I would recommend searching through https://marketplace.atlassian.com for other possible alternatives if that one does not suit you.
