I would like to know if you heard of an app/way to display a calendar to your customers through their portal.
I am explaining myself a bit more:
When a customer is raising a request, he might want to schedule an appointment (or having one scheduled by the agent directly). I would like to show this event on a calendar accessible directly from the ticket view. This calendar will be synced and specific to the customer logged in on the portal.
I know it is lacking of precision, but I will ask my client more details only if you are saying to me that something close to this exists. I am a bit doubtfully to be honest.

You probably can use a datetime custom field to store the appointement
This custom field can be edited on portal view using add-on (or maybe Scritrunner)
Here we are using Actions for JSD add-on to allow user interacting on issue once opened
It allows you to have transition screen on portal
