I'm JIRA admin, I'm exploring the new JIRA interface.
Where can I find user management section where I add, edit users, create groups....etc.
I'm using the JIRA Software.

In the left lateral bar search for the tree strips icon
and then choose 'Site administration'.
It will lead you right to the users list.

My hamburger menu doesn't show "Site administration".
The person who created the jira cloud site we use says he added me as an admin of our site. My jira profile shows I'm in a "jira-administrators" group. Does this group membership mean I should have access to Site Administration?

If you are the jira admin , you can see it on right hand corner under administration or you can search by entering .
