I just installed Service Desk on our server. Everything has been working except "Create a new service desk project". It gives the following message:
Hmm... we couldn't create your project due to an unknown error. Try refreshing the page to start again.
Tired reinstalling, changing the language as others have suggested with no luck. We haven't done anything else to it aside installing it onto our server.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Heya Andrew, from my checks on this documentation - hmm... we couldn't create your project due to an unknown error, there are a variety of possible reasons as to why this is not working.
The best way to determine the reason you are bumping into this error would be to check the logs. In the documentation, you can see check the error messages that would trigger this behavior, and what are the causes and solution for those error messages. Give it a look, and see if you find anything there that is relevant to your instance/situation :)
