We are a large organisation working with a high number of clients / projects.
We are planning to add the Service Desk module on top of teh existing JIRA (On Premessis)
For our Service Requests we have a couple of email contacts listed down as Approvers for each Project (400+ projects) -- but they don't have JIRA Access and we want to keep it that way.
Is there a way to upload the list of approvers in JIRA and have it send emails to them -- and they have to either press "Approve" or "Decline" buttons in the email they receive .. without having a JIRA Account?
