Sorry if this is a stupid question but i cant find the answer after a number of searches. I want to add a a postal address and phone number to a customer but can't find this anywhere. Is this a standard feature? thanks
Nope. Customers are just user accounts with an email and a login. There's not really anything else to them, no good way to add other details.
You could add fields for address and phone, but that would go on the issues being raised, not the customer.
So we have added the CRM add-on from the marketlplace to our system. You can add all sorts of fields to the CRM and add them to your project. Check it out here:
I have not implemented this solution into our Service Desk as of yet, but plan on doing so over the next few weeks.
