Can custom subdomains be used instead of Atlassian subdomains for service desk?

I am wondering if it is possible to supply Service Desk with a custom subdomain rather than having the support@{company-project}.atlassian.net

Hi Ryan,

For Jira Service Desk, it's possible to use a custom email address where you can add an email of a domain you own.

Also, you can change the project email that is the email address that customers receive notification. For further details, please check the documentation below:
