Can another email address be bcc'd when notification emails are sent to customers from Service Desk?

I'm trying to update our CRM system at the same time that Service Desk issues are created or updated, and this would make it very easy.

The Notification Scheme allows you to do that by setting a single email address to the event right?

Also need that, but it's not possible to use any email address, it has to be a Jira user as it seems 😢
