Can a customer portal be configured so that a confirmation screen pop-up before the issue is created

The user would like to be able to:

  1. fill out the fields on the customer portal
  2. click the 'Create'button
  3. have a confirmation screen (like the request view) showing the field values they selected, and asking if they are sure they would like to submit the request.

I don't believe there is an out-of-the-box solution, but if there is not, is there an app that provides this feature?
