I'm setting up Jira Service Desk for my organization, and we collect a variety of forms from our different clients.
Some of these forms are quite long and have more than 10 fields.
Does anyone know if it's possible to have more than 10 fields in one of those "request forms" on our client facing customer portal?
You should be able to. I have an Employee Change Form with about 47 fields in it on my own Service Desk Portal that works with no issues.
